We ship our products to almost all the countries in the world and we offer standard shipping for most of them. We aim at constantly reducing the fees our customers may have to pay if they can not or want not to select Standard Shipping.

We offer a variety of shipping methods, which we hope will fulfill your needs.

What condition are your products in?

StoreDX brings you exciting products at affordable prices. All items we carry have one condition options.

New: Brand new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging.

New Hassle-Free Packaging: Hassle-Free products come in an Eco-Friendly Box, White box or bulk packaging. The product inside is brand new and will arrive with all of its original accessories.

What are the shipping methods and their delivery times?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

 

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

 

USA Buyers will receive shipping within 1 to 5 days.

 

All items being sold at StoreDX are guaranteed to be delivered to USA buyers within 5 days (20 days for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru). And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 20 days (20 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico). You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

 

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majur incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any uninsured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond StoreDX control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Does my order have a tracking code?

You will be able to track your order or not based on its value and on the warehouse it will be shipped from.

Shipments from our USA direct:

To the USA: all the shipping methods are tracked if the dimensions of the package are over 38cm x 30cm x 1.8cm.

Shipments from our Chinese warehouses:  

All orders worth more than $25 can be tracked. If your order value is below this amount, you can upgrade its shipping method to a tracked one by paying a low fee.

Shipments from our EU direct:
You will receive a tracking code if your order has been shipped with FLYT UK EXPRESS, ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS, ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS REGISTER or FRANCE EXPRESS(Colissimo). All the other shipping methods are not tracked.

To Brazil, Mexico, and Canada: parcels shipped with USPS Priority Mail International can be tracked, and you can see their tracking numbers in your account.

Payment Options?

We can accept credit cards as a payment method.

How to pay with a credit card:
1) Select your shipping address or create a new one;
2) Enter your card details and click “Submit”;
3) Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.

NOTE:

– You can try to pay for your order by using a credit card only 9 times per day (Greece ≤15 times) in order to protect the security of your personal data. If several of your attempts have failed, please try again in 24 hours or use another payment method like PayPal;

PayPal payments

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2.Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”;
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.

We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. StoreDX cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

Return Policy

 StoreDx General Item Return Policy – In most cases, items shipped from StoreDX can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Mobile Phones Warranty & Return Policy – This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of smartphones and featured phones. 

 Tablet PC Warranty & Return Policy – This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of Android and Windows tablets.
