Who we are

StoredX LLC is a United States e-commerce business. We operate online stores and websites, conduct product research and analytics, work with suppliers and distributors, participate in online marketplaces and seller platforms, and support wholesale, resale, and related e-commerce activities.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with StoredX, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping details, order and transaction information, account or support information, communications with us, and information you submit through our websites or services.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and security or diagnostic logs.

For business, supplier, marketplace, and reseller activities, we may process business contact details, supplier or distributor information, seller or shop identifiers, product information, public or authorized marketplace metrics, and related operational records.

Payments

Where StoredX accepts payments, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors or marketplace providers. StoredX may receive transaction status, payment method type, billing contact information, order amount, and other information needed to complete and support a transaction.

We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers when they are handled directly by an authorized payment processor.

How we use information

We use information to operate our business, process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, communicate about purchases or accounts, manage marketplace and seller-platform activity, perform authorized product and market research, evaluate suppliers and inventory opportunities, maintain business records, improve our websites and services, prevent fraud and abuse, secure our systems, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal or contractual obligations, and protect the rights and safety of StoredX, our customers, sellers, partners, and service providers.

We may also use information for marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and subject to applicable choices or consent requirements.

Product, marketplace, and platform data

StoredX may use information from marketplaces, seller platforms, supplier systems, analytics services, and other authorized business sources.

We seek to access or retain only information reasonably necessary for an approved business purpose and subject to the applicable provider’s permissions and terms. Publicly available information may still qualify as personal information and is handled accordingly.

Possession of an application credential or account does not by itself authorize StoredX to access protected seller, customer, or platform data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and, where applicable, marketing.

Browser settings and any consent or preference controls we provide may allow you to limit certain cookies. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, security, customer support, marketplace, or platform providers.

We may also share information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction you requested, comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide or as otherwise permitted by law or contract.

Sale and advertising use

StoredX does not currently sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional notice or opt-out obligations under applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required choices.

Data minimization and access

StoredX seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.

Access to personal, confidential, and business-sensitive information is limited to authorized persons and service processes with a legitimate need.

Security

StoredX uses safeguards appropriate to our current environment, including endpoint protection, secure workstation locking, strong authentication practices, multi-factor authentication on supported security-sensitive accounts, restricted administrative access, firewall controls, encrypted public web connections, malware scanning, and other technical and organizational measures.

No method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure, and this policy does not make such a guarantee.

Data location

StoredX’s current primary hosting and administrative processing are in the United States.

Some service providers may process information in other locations according to their infrastructure, contractual terms, or legal obligations.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to complete transactions, maintain business or security records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, or comply with applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or render it inaccessible where appropriate, subject to lawful retention requirements and technical limitations such as backup cycles.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and the nature of your relationship with StoredX, you may have rights to request access to personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. We may also retain information where required or permitted by law.

Privacy requests may be sent to admin@storedx.com.

Marketplace, seller, and platform requests

StoredX will reasonably assist authorized marketplace or platform partners, sellers, and applicable individuals with valid requests to access, correct, update, provide, or delete information when required by law, contract, or provider rules.

Requests involving information controlled by another marketplace, seller, or service provider may require coordination with that party.

Children’s privacy

StoredX’s business services and e-commerce operations are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

If we learn that such information was collected inappropriately, we will review and delete or restrict it as appropriate.

Third-party websites and services

Our websites, marketplace listings, emails, or services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and StoredX is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control.

Changes to this policy

We review this Privacy Policy at least quarterly and when our data practices, websites, service providers, marketplace relationships, security architecture, or legal obligations materially change.

We will update the effective or last-updated date when changes are made. Material changes will be reflected on this public page.
